Thee are 73 houses including Principal residence, 04 houses for HOD, 16 houses for Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in 1220 Square feet, 12 houses for Foreman Instructor, Deputy Supritendent and others in 770 Square feet, 12 houses for workshop Instructor, Assistant and others in 660 Square feet, 12 houses for Clerk and other staff members in 440 Square feet and 16 houses for class-IV employees.
The staff colony have two lush green park along with light facility in the park and streets.
