Project Work Guidelines of Fashion Technology
The project work aims to develop students’ knowledge, skills, and application of
real-life problem solving, manipulative abilities, observation, recording, creativity,
and communication relevant to fashion production, marketing, sourcing, and buying.
The project should be aligned with core skills, state-of-the-art topics, and areas
that enhance job skills and occupational opportunities.Formative and summative evaluations consider weightages, product quality, project
nature, and general behavior. The final assessment includes the project work, report
submission, and subject-related viva-voce. A team of examiners is constituted, with
half of the members invited from outside the institute as subject experts.
