The Exam Branch of the institute is entrusted with conducting examinations, assisting students with their results, issuing DMCs and diplomas. The present duties assigned are as follows:

For any queries related to Result, DMC, or Diploma, students may visit the Exam Branch, located at B-Block, Ground Floor, Guru Daksh Govt. Polytechnic, Hisar, on any working day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The office remains closed during lunch hours (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM), on all public holidays notified by the Government of Haryana, and on Saturdays and Sundays.
